RULES OF THE LOYALTY PROGRAM AND PROMOTIONAL OFFERS

1.1. These Rules define the terms and conditions for the participation of users of the mobile application hereinafter referred to as the “Application” in the Loyalty Program, as well as the procedure for accruing and using bonuses and participating in promotional campaigns organized by the Organizer.

1.2. Bonus Cashback means a virtual accounting unit credited to the User’s bonus account for making purchases in the Application. Bonuses have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for real money, and cannot be transferred to third parties.

1.3. When paying for orders in the Application, 1 bonus equals 1 tenge.

2.1. The amount of cashback accrued depends on the User’s total purchase amount, that is, the history of completed orders in the Application:

● from 0 to 100,000 tenge — 3%

● from 100,001 to 200,000 tenge — 5%

● from 200,001 to 300,000 tenge — 7%

● from 300,001 to 400,000 tenge — 10%

● from 400,001 tenge and above — 15%

2.2. Validity period of bonuses. Accrued bonuses are valid for 30 thirty calendar days from the moment they are credited to the bonus account. Upon expiration of this period, unused bonuses are cancelled and are not subject to restoration.

2.3. “Night Cashback.” When placing an order in the Application between 00:00 and 06:00 local time, the User is credited with double the amount of cashback based on their current loyalty rate.

The following permanent and temporary promotions are available in the Application. The Organizer reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of such promotions.

● A User, the Referrer, who invites a new customer, the Referral, using their unique link or code, receives 500 bonuses to their account.

● The invited friend, the Referral, receives 1,000 bonuses after registration. ● Bonuses accrued under this promotion may be used exclusively for making the next purchase in the Application.

● Each new User is automatically credited with 500 welcome bonuses upon initial registration in the Application.

● When entering the promo code DEL2026 during registration or when placing the first order, the User additionally receives a dessert, cinnabon, as a gift.

● As part of the “Father’s Day” promotion, when visiting the establishment with children, the Organizer provides children with a free dessert of their choice: “Kartoshka” cake, cookie, or muffin, and also gives balloons as a gift.

● Fathers receive special gift certificates titled “The Best Father.” The dates and detailed terms of this promotion may be additionally announced in the Application.

During the specified time period, special prices apply to the following menu items:

● T-bone Steak: promotional price — 4,200 tenge, instead of the base price of 7,190 tenge.

● Ribeye Steak bone-in or boneless, at the User’s choice: promotional price — 5,200 tenge, instead of the base price of 7,190 tenge.

● When purchasing any burger from the Application menu during the specified time period, the User receives a 0.375 L Mango-Passion Fruit lemonade as a gift.

4.1. The Organizer has the right at any time to unilaterally amend the terms and conditions of the Loyalty Program, the cashback amount, the terms of promotions, as well as the validity periods of promo codes, without prior personal notification to Users. The current version of the Rules is always available in the Application.

4.2. Discounts under promotions, including discounts on steaks and burgers, may not be combined with payment using bonuses unless otherwise provided by the functionality of the Application at the time of placing the order.
