Payment Procedure Description

Payments by bank cards are processed via PayLink.kz. VISA and MasterCard cards are accepted for payment.
Online payment services are carried out in accordance with the rules of international payment systems Visa and MasterCard, based on the principles of confidentiality and security of transactions. For this purpose, the most advanced methods of verification, encryption, and secure data transmission channels are used.
Bank card details are entered on a secure payment page of PayLink.kz. On the card details entry page, you will be required to enter:
  • card number;
  • cardholder name;
  • card expiration date;
  • three-digit security code (CVV2 for VISA or CVC2 for MasterCard).
All necessary information is printed on the card. The three-digit security code is located on the back of the card.
You will then be redirected to your bank’s page to enter the 3D Secure code, which will be sent to you via SMS. If you do not receive the 3D Secure code, you should contact the bank that issued your card.

Cases of Payment Refusal

1.1. The bank card is not enabled for online payments. You can verify this by contacting your bank.
1.2. Insufficient funds on the bank card. You can check your balance with the issuing bank.
1.3. Incorrect bank card details were entered.
1.4. The bank card has expired. The expiration date is usually indicated on the front of the card (month and year). For more details, contact your bank.

Confidentiality of Information

The personal information you provide (name, address, phone number, email, bank card number) is confidential and will not be disclosed.
Your card details are transmitted only in encrypted form and are not stored on our web server.

Refund Policy

Refunds for payments made by bank card cannot be issued in cash.
The refund procedure is governed by the rules of international payment systems, as well as the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the agreement concluded between the user and Del Cappuccino.
If you are eligible for a refund, Del Cappuccino will return the funds to the same account from which the payment was made.
The processing time may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.
Refund timeframes depend on the payment method and region and may take up to 15 business days, including:
  • major bank cards (including prepaid cards);
  • various other payment methods;
  • Apple Pay.
