Bonus Points Usage Terms

These Bonus Points Usage Terms (hereinafter referred to as the “Terms”) constitute an integral part of the Loyalty Program of the Limited Liability Company ИП Кошкаров Асылбек Касымбекович (hereinafter referred to as the “Seller”) and define the procedure for accrual and use of Bonus Points on the Seller’s Platform.

The Buyer agrees to these Terms by joining the Seller’s Loyalty Program.

All capitalized terms used in this Agreement shall have the following meanings:

“Platform” – a software environment designed for remote sale of food products, prepared meals, beverages, and other related and auxiliary goods via the Internet, available at:

“Platform Owner” – LLC “GOOD SPACE” (BIN: 220940030594), which grants the Seller the right to use the Platform under a simple (non-exclusive) license based on a separate agreement.

“Bonus Points” – a virtual conditional unit that allows the Buyer to receive incentives, including when purchasing Goods as described in these Terms. Bonus Points have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for money.

“Promotion” – a marketing campaign, the conditions of which grant the Buyer the right to receive incentives, including Bonus Points. Terms of each Promotion are individual and published on the Platform and/or in the Personal Account.

“Goods” – food products, prepared meals, beverages, and other related or auxiliary goods, as well as services related to their sale, including delivery services.

“Loyalty Program” – a set of rules governing the Buyer’s participation in the Seller’s loyalty program.

“Personal Account” – a personal page of a registered Buyer on the Platform used to access Platform functionality.

2.1. Bonus Points may be granted to the Buyer as incentives within promotions, loyalty programs, or at the Seller’s discretion (e.g., to maintain customer loyalty).

2.2. Each Buyer has a bonus account. Information about it is available in the Personal Account.

2.3. Unless otherwise specified, when purchasing Goods via the Platform, the Buyer may use Bonus Points to receive a discount at the rate of:
1 Point = 1 kzt discount.

2.4. The number of Points available for use for each purchase is fixed and calculated automatically based on the total available Points, taking into account restrictions set by these Terms. The Buyer cannot choose a different number of Points — they can either use all available Points or refuse to use them.

2.5. The following restrictions apply:

2.5.1. Bonus Points may be used to obtain a discount of up to None of the product price, while the minimum payable amount per item is 1 kzt.

2.5.2. Additional restrictions may apply within specific Promotions. The Seller informs the Buyer via the Platform, Personal Account, or electronic communication.

2.6. Bonus Points may not be used for certain categories of goods/services if such restrictions are established.

2.7. Bonus Points accrued incorrectly or unlawfully shall be withdrawn.

3.1. The Seller may cancel Bonus Points without prior notice if the Buyer’s actions are deemed an abuse of rights or fraudulent.

3.2. If an order is canceled after Points were credited, such Points shall be deducted.

3.3. In case of return of defective Goods, previously used Bonus Points are restored to the Buyer’s account.

3.4. Bonus Points granted for a limited period expire if not used within that period.

3.5. Bonus Points may expire if not used for three or more weeks.

4.1. The Seller may amend these Terms at any time unilaterally by publishing updates on the Platform and/or in the Personal Account.

4.2. Any actions by the Buyer related to accepting these Terms, receiving or using Bonus Points, or participating in Promotions confirm acceptance of these Terms.
